The Bakersfield Outlaw Race 4 is going down (literally) next weekend Friday March 27th & Saturday the 28th. Apparently, it’s not an actual outlaw and a permit has been pulled. Stoked! The buzz is buzzing about this event and a list of ripping racers who are to attend is growing fast. If you are in the area then come on out race, camp, and kick it—a $40. entry fee aint no thing! Late registration can happen that night. 620 Glenwood Ave Bakersfield CA 93305. Event will be taking place at the democrat boat launch area in the Kern Canyon (around 25 minutes from camp). Racing luge, open, and grom on Saturday March 28th. Practice starts at 9am with racing shortly thereafter. Racers must be on the hill by 8:30. XBS is putting up $1500 for open and $600 for groms. Rogers Bros and XBS both put towards the luge class $600 total. Track consists of both right and left drifts with speeds around 35mph-40mph and a total length of 0.6 of a mile.
