The Wheelbase Board Graphic Challenge Exclusive Comet Shape Is Revealed

December 12, 201114 Comments

Hello all you Artdogs and Shredmasters of Rad,

We’d like to take a moment and introduce you to the new, limited-edition Comet freeride shape that will be used exclusively for The Wheelbase Board Graphic Challenge.

The Comet Family has been testing and fine-tuning this shape for a while now—getting it ready for this Wheelbase Community Board Graphic Challenge. This limited-edition freeride board has some really cool new features: It comes equipped with the OG Comet flush-mounting system, fresh and refined wheel-wells, and a progressive shape designed with a forward-thinking nose and tail.

We have received so many great submissions for this board graphic challenge so far, and we are really excited to see who will make the top ten and who’s gonna have their graphic screened on this exclusive and limited edition Comet board.  Keep those graphics coming y’all. Let’s do this! You have until January 8th to provide us with your submissions.

is the tail kicked? I know it seems rediculous on a freeride board, but i like a kicked tail….probably not though

No tail kick. Good concave with some unique foot pockets though.
