The San Pedro Shred is the only event of its kind to take place in Southern California. San Pedro Shred encompasses all types of skateboarding and also provides a rad setup for local food vendors, musicians, and artists to showcase their creations. This year’s event will feature a selection of rad obstacles for skateboarders of all inclinations and experience levels. We are fired up to the maximum for this year’s San Pedro Shred and we, along with everyone else involved, are working hard to make it the best event it can be.
The San Pedro Shred will be hosting a fundraising event from 5-9pm on April 4th at the Warner Grand Theater in San Pedro, CA. This celebration of all things skate will feature live music by Ray Barbee, skate movie screenings from a select group of skateboard afficionados, and a whole bunch of tasty fermented beverages for adults (Craft kegs from the rad crew at Smog City Brewing, perhaps?) and some sugary, carbonated liquids for the younger crowd. Set aside the evening of April 4th to come support San Pedro’s one-of-a-kind skateboarding event and enjoy yourself while you’re at it!
The San Pedro Shred “Festival of Skate” will take place on June 14th. Until then, stay up-to-date by following “San Pedro Shred: Festival of Skate” on Facebook. If you’re in full lurk-mode right now, take a look at last year’s recap and get the full event vibe!
